1.2 Cancellations: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
1.3 Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep your personal belongings secure.
4.2 Hair Preparation: Arrive with clean and detangled hair unless otherwise instructed. Additional fees may apply for detangling or washing.
4.3 Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who exhibit inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
